Contract an Order both Jewelry & Gemstones

If you are Contracting an Order for Jewelry, use the "J" Form.
If you are Contracting an Order for Gemstones, use the "G" Form.

The "Contract an Order" sector is very simple. All you have to do is state what type of modifications to existing jewelry you may want or pieces built using a certain color or size gemstones that do not appear in the webstore.

  •   An example would be rings. Here, you would use the form for a special ordered Gold Filigree Ring, as you want the shank wrapped. So just state the item name and say you want a wrapped shank.
  •    Another example would be, say the Champagne Necklace. Instead of the green cryscacola on black onyx, you prefer the orange citrine, or blue turquoise, or pink rose quartz; again you simply state the item name and the modifications you desire.
  •    As a final example, contracts are explicitly used for solid gold sculpting. Lets say you like the Egyptian Moon Body Set and want it in 14 K gold, instead of 14 K gold filled. There as well you simply state the item name and the material you desire to be used.

*Note:

The above listed order forms are Preliminary Order Reviews. Each starts the process of either constructing that special jewelry set or selecting gemstones of your choice. Neither contain a payment link, but is the "starting process" where we begin to discuss the special project(s) or gemstones you have in mind.

There is simply far to much information necessary to be contained in one form to complete the entire process.

Also, we like to speak to the person concerning their jewelry or gemstone orders. This insures we are all on the "same page" as well as addresses delivery issues.

Payment for contracts are made through a special link we will send to you along with your contract and price. Your "certificate of authenticity" will arrive included with your order.

FHJ is simply the work of an artist being offered to certain customers. We do not buy and sell names, or become involved in any heavy, high traffic marketing endeavors. We could not handle all the orders, and do not try.

So your information stays with FHJ when submitted to FHJ. No exceptions.

This Contract an Order Form for Gemstones & Jewelry is used frequently by customers to detail differences or changes to selected, named jewelry pieces. FHJ does not entirely rely upon the selection types you see in the catalogued items to fulfill all of it's orders. There are simply to many variables. Some dealers use a spreadsheet type of display to try to list all the sizes, shapes and types of gemstones available. We do not.

FHJ simply shows you very clear images of the gems and jewelry in the Basic Categories of the Shopping Cart as well as separate Viewing Area. Those that do not find "exactly" what they are looking for in the two areas, simply Contract an Order for the type, size and amounts they are seeking. It is most definitely the easiest method to use, and satisfies all parties involved.

Just pick out your gems or jewelry, figure out how many, what size, changes etc... then "Contract an Order".
