Q - How long does it take to ship my jewelry item once ordered?

A - Jewelry items "in stock" are shipped the very
next morning if made after 12 noon CST, and same day if pre noon completed order. Jewelry items Contracted must be constructed
and this usually takes 1 to 2 days.

Q - How long does it take to ship my gemstones once
ordered ?
|
|
A - GemStones "in stock" are shipped the
very next morning if made after 12 noon CST, and same day if pre noon completed order. Gemstones that are Contracted must
be cut (faceted) and shipped from Africa and this usually takes 7 to 14 days.

Q - How long does it take to ship a contracted order ?
|
|
A - The time it takes will vary with the order. But usually
orders are cut or crafted within 7 days. Updates on the order progress is sent by email every three days and usually there
are 1 to 2 progress reports then shipping.

Q - Do I receive instructions or certificates with
my jewelry order ?
|
|
A - Yes, both. With each jewelry order you will receive
polishing instructions, a polishing cloth, and your certificate of authenticity. This certificate specifies the metal, gemstones,
construction time, estimated appraisal value and name of the sculptor used in construction.

Q - Can I have my order(s) gift wrapped ?
|
|
A - Absolutely. In fact, each jewelry item or
set youreceive from FHJ will already be pre-packaged in a colorful velvet or silk jewelry pouch, it's size
depending upon the size of your specific order contents. This very nice jewelry pouch will also contain your polishing
instructions, a polishing cloth, and your certificate of authenticity.
Gift wrapping consists of boxing the silk pouch containing your order and wrapping the box. This wrapped box is
then placed inside another box, which is for the actual shipment, address labels & tracking codes.

Q - How do I know I am buying genuine GemStones ?
|

A - FHJ sells all natural gemstones. Each order for any
size, type or amount of gemstones ordered from FHJ are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, stating the size, type
and point of orgin of each gemstone.

Q - What is the difference between Contracting an Order
and just placing an Order from the catalogue ?
|
|
A - Contracting an Order is placing a special order for
an item to be constructed. Ordering from the catalogue is ordering an item usually already made, or which can be crafted
relatively quickly. The contract is for items of difficulty, special crafting or of greater value.

Q - Why do gemstones need to be contracted ?
|
|
A - Contracting gemstones are an easy way to order the exact
gemstone you are looking for. The specialty gems are usually cut when ordered. Also, larger wholesale Lot orders are sorted
and cut when ordered.

Q - How much is shipping on all orders ?
|
|
A - Shipping is determined by PayPal, the ecommerce provider
used by FHJ. This amount is calculated using UPS standard shipping rates. FHJ does not add handling charges as the packaging
is already apart of the price.

Q - How do I have my jewelry repaired if necessary ?
|
|
A - FHJ does repair jewelry, but only the jewelry made
by FHJ. If you do have a problem with your jewelry, simply Contact Us by any means you prefer, and we will repair
any item crafted by FHJ for No Charge during the life of the warranty as provided in your certificate of authenticity,
and "very little" even afterwards. Jewelry crafted by FHJ should last years and years and the more expensive pieces should increase
in value in later years as an heirloom of your estate.

Q - What is the difference between simmulated gemstones
and genuine gemstones?
|
|
A - Simulated gemstones are man made, but are made
of materials which will simulate the color, hardness and characteristics of the genuine gemstone. Compared to synthetic gemstones
which do not duplicate the characteristics of the gemstone but rather just focus on color. In terms of value, the genuine
is first, simulated second and last is synthetic.

Q - How long does it take to have my jewelry cleaned ?
|
|
A - Your jewelry will be cleaned and reshipped usually
within 24 hours. Jewelry is cleaned daily whether it is 1 or 50 pieces, and reshipped the same or following day depending
upon volume.
